Description of task
New trainees joined TM Point Ipoh Wisma. I trained them on how to use the systems over here. Moreover, I and others trainees updated customer complaints in FLOAT.
PCMS (PARTNER COMMISSION & MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
This week I have to check streamyx invoice in PCMS. Furthermore, I must to separate this invoice to TM point Batu Gajah, Sitiawan, Parit, Chemor and Taiping. I have to complete at least 60 streamyx forms per day.
