Description of task
Customer Feedback Card
This week, I have to compile the entire feedback card from customer and fill into the system TM point Ipoh Wisma. Each TM point in Malaysia must achieve at least 200 feedbacks from customer in every month. Purpose of this feedback card is to know and analyzed complained from customers about services, packaged, charged, quality and damaged. Complaint and criticism from customer is very important for TM point to improved their service and management. Other than that, I insert complaint system in FLOAT and doing telegram.
