This week my supervisor give a new task. We have to enter customer complaint in a system. We call this system FLOAT.
Float
Known as first level complaint system. This system records each complaint from the customer about, service, package, damage,100, services, payment and others. This systems have a target to achieve before end of the month. Tm point ipoh wisma put target 4000 in may and June. In MAY 2011, we record 5180 complaint into the system. All the staff and supervisor satisfied and happy because my friend and i can exceed the target.
