industrial training report (23-27mei )



As usual every morning there’s a pep-talk where all the staffs discuss on the sales and targets achieved.AT 8.15 am, All the staff stand in front of the boss, executive supervisor sing tm point songs, prayer. then, executive supervisor will speak about  yesterday sales, streamyx and others. My big manager or we call boss  " Tuan Haji Rahim " always remind us to increase sales and always smile to customer. I salute all the staff here because they always punctual, give full of commitment and very patient to handle customer problem. 

Angel
In each TM point , there a staff we call " TM Angel. TM Angel help the receptionist to handle the crowd. In tm point, it has machine kiosk payment. Customer can pay astro, telekom, water and electric bill in this kiosk. They can use cash, credit card or check. It will reduce time for the customer. So, I guide customer how to use the kiosk machine. Then i do the FLOAT ( First Level Complaint System )
